Awesome Store! Crimson Ridge is a wonderful place to shop. I have shopped there occasionally for many years and never have encountered rudeness or poor service. This store is a fun place to wander around!!

Kip is just Kip I frequent Crimson Ridge at least twice a year to update my Brighton watch and bracelet collection. I admit I've had mixed interactions with Kip, but I simply wrote that off as his "norm". Since I went straight to the Brighton area, it has never posed any serious problem. I like the place, just think it's over-stocked in most places, especially downstairs. It feels a little claustrophobic, so I avoid it and use other florists. Brighton, I love!!

Crimson Ridge rules!! I grew up in Rockford and I've shopped at CR since they first opened their doors. It is an excellent place. Yes, it can get incredibly busy ... but they always wrap your gifts wonderfully and they've always been pleasant. The fact that it's swamped every year on the holidays is testament to their great service, day in and day out. The "bad" reviews below are likely the work of a competitor out to disparage Kip's good name. He's there every day - until late - and makes sure that customers are treated rig... read more

The Epitome of Customer Service Kip and his staff are so wonderful and accommodating. Kip is bursting with excellent ideas - he's the man to see if you want to show appreciation to your friends, family, clients. You will walk away with a lovely, creative gift - presented beautifully too!

LACINDA I recently found this store in past year, have purchased many things and brought friends and family to show them this neat store! Until last week 11-20-10, I purchased a necklace and needed to return it or exchange it-due to receiving the same piece of jewelry from a friend, so wanted to get refund/exchange. Took it back on 11-24-10 only 4 days later and was told need original price tag sticker that was on the piece of jewelry-i was hesitant-I don't live close-30 miles away-the clerk told me dont worry you have 30 da... read more

True Story and Not a Good One This is a horrible horrible place of business. Last year around this time my boyfriend bought me a gift from this place. I ended up not liking it and went back with the receipt. The owner -Kip refused to let me return it, saying that he thought I had done something to the item. I called my lawyer because it was within 30 days, and the receipt said I would be able to return it within that period. Kip called me back a day or two later and apologized saying his lawyer advised him that he could lose... read more

Never Again Will I Go There! I am very disappointed in the service I received at Crimson Ridge. I ordered flowers to be delivered at a hospital. The hospital denied the flowers and crimson ridge called in order to obtain the receivers home address. I gave them their home address. I called the receiver later that night 7pm and they didn't receive the flowers yet and I didn't get another call from Crimson Ridge. I called Crimson Ridge and a man told me they called the homeowner they didn't answer their phone and we tried to de... read more

Crimson Ridge is Very Rude! Along with most of the other reviews, I agree the staff is very RUDE! As a gift, my husband took me there to purchase a charm for my bracelet. There were 3 sales assoc. (1 male and 2 female) in the charm area all talking to one another and the only cusomers were my husband and me. I stood at the display thinking one of the staff would come and assist me, but no such luck. I then walked over and asked if I could get some help at one of the displays and they just looked at each other. They made me f... read more

No respect given to customers UNBELIEVABLE! I will never shop at Crimson Ridge again. Kip (the owner) was beyond rude when I asked about a wine rack. I was treated as though I was subhuman and not deserving of respect. I was also attempting to purchase some items inbetween the aisles in the back by the candy section when he came by looking at me and said things I won't repeat here but essentially made me out as a shoplifter!! UNBELIEVABLE! I ended up walking out the door not making any purchases at all. In this economy you w... read more
