Never Again Will I Go There! I am very disappointed in the service I received at Crimson Ridge. I ordered flowers to be delivered at a hospital. The hospital denied the flowers and crimson ridge called in order to obtain the receivers home address. I gave them their home address. I called the receiver later that night 7pm and they didn't receive the flowers yet and I didn't get another call from Crimson Ridge. RUDE OWNER I have never met anyone who owns a business that is more rude than Kip. I will never enter this store again. He caters to individuals who look the part of money, and will treat every else like they are not worthy to be in his store. He needs refresher courses in how to treat customers ! Surprised by the negative comments I really like Crimson Ridge. They have unique gifts and most of the prices are fair. The gift wrap is the very best feature; I am always proud to give a gift, no matter how small, when it is wrapped by Crimson Ridge. I always start there for shopping at Christmas and Admin. The Perfect Gift This is more than just a store- it is an experience. From high end to affordable - you find it all here. It is my favorite place to shop! From the ordinary to the extraordinary you will be pleased. I love their coffee; gift baskets; and the staff does a wonderful job of suggesting and preparing wonderful gift baskets. Crimson Ridge Its a good store for gift ideas, although it is a little overpriced. However, they do an excellent job wrapping, they make it look really special. They also have a good selection of flowers that are hard to find elsewhere.

Crimson Ridge Florist I just recently purchased chocolates from Crimson Ridge for a birthday present. They have a large selection of yummy chocolates. The lady who waited on me did a fantastic job of wrapping them. I did not have much time to look around on that day, but they have jewelry, and purses, and a flower shop down stairs. Sharon J.
Must Read - True Story I had been away from Rockford for sometime and moved back to the area with my wife. I made a visit to Crimson Ridge to purchase an anniversary gift.
