Dishonest business If I could give it less I would. They have very dishonest business policies my mom bought a 200.00 plus purse within 30the days she tried to return it but was told she couldn't because the tags had been removed to which my mom responded that the sales associate had removed them when she bought the purse, she was told that it's not store policy to remove the tags.....when I bought my purse this past wed I got it home and surprise surprise the tags HAD been removed. RUDE OWNER I have never met anyone who owns a business that is more rude than Kip. I will never enter this store again. He caters to individuals who look the part of money, and will treat every else like they are not worthy to be in his store. He needs refresher courses in how to treat customers ! Won't ship THE worst customer service experience ever. They have a very cute custom snowflake necklace that is different each year. I received one as a gift and wanted to get one for a relative. I was told they don't ship anything as they can't be running to the post office every other minute. Really...could you charge me and others $10 shipping and handling on this "very popular item" and rubn to the post office once or twice a week? What is missing here is a total lack of the customer service gene.

Great place for last minute gifts Kip and the others are awesome. He took care of a special birthday arrangement with 1 hour notice. They are creative and responsive and always have been!! Steve F
A retailer review I have been involved in the retail business for 46 years. I would like to comment briefly on the reviews of customer service for this store and others. Every establishment has the right to set it's own return and other store policies. How these policies are enforced, or adjusted to the particular situation constitutes much of customer service. Crimson Ridge Its a good store for gift ideas, although it is a little overpriced. However, they do an excellent job wrapping, they make it look really special. They also have a good selection of flowers that are hard to find elsewhere.
Crimson Ridge Florist I just recently purchased chocolates from Crimson Ridge for a birthday present. They have a large selection of yummy chocolates. The lady who waited on me did a fantastic job of wrapping them. I did not have much time to look around on that day, but they have jewelry, and purses, and a flower shop down stairs. Sharon J.
Too much stuff the store is excellent for buying gifts and I usually always go there but I believe there is just to much clutter. If some of the things were moved out and concentration was put more on the articles it would sell better. I think 90% of the staff is fantastic. Kip has always been pleasant to me and he doesn't know me from Adam. He is just a hyper type of person
