Won't ship THE worst customer service experience ever. They have a very cute custom snowflake necklace that is different each year. I received one as a gift and wanted to get one for a relative. I was told they don't ship anything as they can't be running to the post office every other minute. Really...could you charge me and others $10 shipping and handling on this "very popular item" and rubn to the post office once or twice a week? What is missing here is a total lack of the customer service gene.

They also have a large selection of fine jewelry. They have an outstanding selection of floral arrangements. They also gift wrap for free. The Perfect Gift This is more than just a store- it is an experience. From high end to affordable - you find it all here. It is my favorite place to shop! From the ordinary to the extraordinary you will be pleased. I love their coffee; gift baskets; and the staff does a wonderful job of suggesting and preparing wonderful gift baskets. If you live in Chicago or Madison, it is worth the drive!! PROS: Great Selection and Friendly Staff CONS: I leave with no available credit on my Visa!
The Epitome of Customer Service Kip and his staff are so wonderful and accommodating. Kip is bursting with excellent ideas - he's the man to see if you want to show appreciation to your friends, family, clients. You will walk away with a lovely, creative gift - presented beautifully too!
Kip is just Kip I frequent Crimson Ridge at least twice a year to update my Brighton watch and bracelet collection. I admit I've had mixed interactions with Kip, but I simply wrote that off as his "norm". Since I went straight to the Brighton area, it has never posed any serious problem. I like the place, just think it's over-stocked in most places, especially downstairs. It feels a little claustrophobic, so I avoid it and use other florists. Brighton, I love!!
Best Place in Rockford for unique gifts I cant believe some of these reviews! I have shopped at Crimson Ridge many times over the years. I have ALWAYS been treated w/respect from the staff. I can always depend on finding a unique gift or flowers here. I live out of town and have purchased flowers several times on special occasions and holidays. Happy no more I called to ask for assistance in putting together a gift basket of chocolates and other treats which I wanted delivered to my husband for our 3 yr. anniversary. The person in the chocolate department was rude and rushed me through the process. It appears morale is bad at this store. This exciting time for me ended in tears!
Trying to get a ring ordered For the past year I have gone in to CR at least a half dozen times inquiring about ordering a ring from one of their vendors. I had my name taken and was supposed to receive a call when the items for sale came in. The merchandise got lost. Then it finally came in and no call. Then I asked to order a specific piece and was given a hard time. Not sure they could (or wanted) to order it. My name and phone # were taken yet again and I have heard nothing since. How totally frustrating? I give up.
Florist and SO MUCH MORE This place has everything! Its kind of hard to walk thru and can be overwhelming, but if you're looking for a hard to find gift, this is the spot. They also just opened a home interiors store that is fantastic. They have really expensive stuff, but also VERY reasonable and UNIQUE items as well. Great place for a wedding gift!
