#CrestwoodMedicalCenter acts like they care for patients, but they don't. I almost died from a botched hysterectomy which to this day is still causing me renal problems. They ignored me and my complaint to the patient care advocate. You all nearly killed me and ignored me after complaining.

Suing people that live paycheck to paycheck. Horrible people and company

RecommendedI have had two surgeries at the hospital, and my husband has admitted for emergency treatment. In all cases we were very well taken care, of. The procedures were explained and discussed to make sure we understood what was happening, and at no time did we feel neglected or that our care was anything but excellent.
RecommendedI was brought in by ambulance. I was having a massive Heart Attack. Within 15 minutes of the Ambulance arriving I was in operating room. I had the best care possible!! The entire staff where awesome. They where very attentive and kind!! I have never experienced this level of treatment in any hospital!! Thank you for your excellent treatment and care !!!
My wife was released after surgery, nobody can seem to get the pain management medication that was on her Discharge paperwork. 2 nurses and 24 hours later still Nothing. Thanks for No help. Still waiting for a call back.
Put your patients above all else, but since that is very unlikely, there is no way PRH is going to improve. It is a purely profit-driven, profit-maximizing concern. Medicine just, unfortunately for their patients, happens to be their chosen avenue.
