My wife went to their imaging center for an xray. They never called her back and when she would inquire as to when they would say she was next. This went on for over two (2+) hours! Their patient care and work ethic leave a lot to be desired. Looking at going to Artesia or elsewhere. Very poor organization!

RecommendedI must say I had the best staff while I was in the hospital unable to care for myself. They made sure I was well taken care of and didn’t need for anything. Being cut from under my chest all the way to the bottom of my stomach was bad and then having a NG tube was worse but my staff was great through it all. They can say what they want about EGRMC but my staff rocked and I’m thankful for them🙌🏾

Doctor was AMAZING staff in the clinic are all beyond rude & don’t care @ at all. Trying to get ahold of anyone in the office is impossible, leave a voicemail and never hear back. Scheduling an appointment took me over a month, because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and never got a call back from anyone. And then when they did call me back they scheduled me wrong in their system and told me a different day then what they actually scheduled. I am FURIOUS!!!!! I came to Gadsden regional to get my child seen about a rubberband stuck up her nose! They just tried to force me to covid swab her (she was just swabbed a few weeks ago so why would I put her through that again?) I told them no. That I’m not here because she is sick. That they’re not sticking a swab up her nose when she already has something stuck in her nose! What sense does that even make? Took my son to the ER after being told by the emergency nursing line to take him. when we arrived we were told we had to stand in line that there were 20 people in front of us waiting to be checked in, I then told the lady standing in the ER doorway what the nursing line told me to do. because my son had been running 102-104 fever for 6 days, I asked if we could sit in my car and wait but she told me not if I wanted to keep my spot in line. Today, August 1st at approximately 12pm I took my friend to the emergency room as she was having a seizure. At first I was told I could go back there with my friend to give her information and then a nurse tells me I can't go back there. I understand the restrictions because of COVID, i totally get it but my friend was going in and out and couldn't even talk. What makes you think she can give information about herself?
