Everyone was very kind. Everything was explained well. Our procedure was done at the time it was scheduled. Everyone was very helpful
I had outpatient surgery. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. They didn't rush me out of there after I woke up from surgery as some places have done. I was experiencing nausea and they were right there with the nausea meds, crackers and drink and waited until I had that under control before I left. Only complaint is I have a big bump/sore on the back of my upper lip that I would say came from something hitting my lip pretty hard and also portion of my tongue is numb still on this day 2 after surgery. We had a hard time getting to talk to the doctors when we had questions. Sorry but not that impressed with this Hospital. The floor nurses seem qualified and easy to approach. My issue is with the lack of communication between Doctors and family.
I had wonderful caring nurses. My pre op nurse was spectacularly awesome went above and beyond to take care for me and my pain, and had a great sense of humor which does help one to relax when waiting. My nurses on the fourth floor were also outstanding. Kept really close check on my blood pressure and did what they could for pain. Appreciate everything they all did taking care of me, they were all awesome and put you at ease. Would go back in a heartbeat.
First class all the way. Our family has been treated like royalty. Thank you all so much...This makes 4 grandchildren I have had born there.
I had an outpatient procedure performed by Dr. Nadella. She and the nurses and all the staff there were so nice and pleasant to be around. They made my experience so much easier.
