Why do you have me linked to 2 different patients? I now have a bill totaling over $5,000.00 that went to collections on someone named Shankle???? Then when I try to call someone in administration, NO ONE answers the phone!!!!!
I had a mixed experience at this hospital. The surgery I had went well and I am recovery well. my problem was with my daytime nurse. I am not sure as to when I started to wake up but I do know that I had asked for my things 6 times from the moment I woke up until about 3PM (my surgery was at around 8:30,9:00am) The only reason I got my things was because my husband called the nurses station saying he has been calling me and couldn't get ahold of me. he called the room twice which I couldn't get the phone due to the anesthesi... read more

I walked in with my sister for her to be seen with a ruptured ear drum. A gentleman came in directly after us having a severe asthma attack. We stepped aside and let the nurse take all his info and get him sat down. During the entire process of getting us checked in, and update our info, and get seated. This gentleman had not been seen yet and was made to just sit there in the waiting room. My mother, an ex-EMT and Certified Medical Assistant, came in 5 minutes later. Your er won’t treat her because she doesn’t have insurance. They gave her a cream day before yesterday but wouldn’t clean it or anything. Last pic is 2 days later. I wouldn’t bring my dog to you for treatment.

Totally caring and professional.
The customer service dept is rude, unprofessional and shifts blame in attempt to distract from their own incompetence. I was treated with disdain and repeatedly accused of lying about paperwork I never received. Even while providing the documents required, I was berated. I have heard rumor of Matsu Regional in the past but ignored it as random difficult patients. I will not make that mistake again. The nursing care is very poor and my wife rather go home or transfer to a better hospital. The nursing is very bad. They blow off request from patients, have reset alarms our self. I have pictures of the poor care.
