Although the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable, when my Mom was admitted post surgery, she had cash in her wallet. When she left, the money was gone. I called to report the incident but I have no confidence they will investigate and find the person who’s a thief on the 4th floor.

You have people that you employ that are clearly racist. I understand bad things happens sometimes but if you can't express your anger without being racist and using stereotypes, then maybe you shouldnt work at a place where you encounter people of all colors and all walks of life. This comment was disgusting and I was shocker that this person is employed at a hospital. This has got to stop.

RecommendedI’d like to give a big shout out and thank you to some great nurses ‼️ I was recently in the hospital for a heart cath which came back good, however I developed a blood clot and dissection and to have emergency surgery to repair ! My nurses on 9th floor not only took excellent care of me but also gave me great emotional support ! They stayed with me and held my hand and wiped my tears before going to surgery because my family wasn’t able to be with me and I was very nervous and anxious about my surgery !! The anesthesiologist the whole team was polite explained everything made me feel so comfortable,even dietary making personal visits to see why I couldn’t eat,I thank you procedure turned out great! Shout out to Dr.Powell ENT He rocks!!!! I had a full thyroidectomy the procedure ran smooth,I would recommend them to anybody!!! The best care I received was at this place and I’m grateful!!!
