Outpatient surgery patient. The medical staff was fine, but the admitting staffer was rude and threatening. They threatened to call security if I didn't pay the insurance deductible immediately. I explained that it was already paid, just contact the insurance company. Was threatened again because "it's not our job to submit to your insurance, that's your problem". Nice to know, guess I can take my insurance dollars somewhere else.
I am here now for a 2 day stay for back surgery. All the nurses and the tech have all been so professional and nice to me on the 3rd floor.
The staff took very good care of my wife they were very attentive of her needs thanks to the staff on the second floor

I went for carpel tunnel surgery. I was treated very well. Friendly staff. I am well pleased with my visit.
The staff was very rude to my sister in law who had a stroke and couldn't speak. The nurse informed us she didn't understand pointing she need to tell her. And got a bad attitude when she knock her water over when she was trying to get a drink.
Great Doctor and Nurse's. Had sooooo much pain when I got there. Thank God they figured out what was wrong with me.
Best care like away so when I get here. Tell everyone bout it . So nice at crestwood hospital
