We love the staff at this hospital. My wife had total knee replacement done on the 18th of July. Only had a problem with one nurse on 3 east that was Dhruha I think that was how it was spelled. Heather and Stacy were great and the other tech that I can't remember names.
The staff at crestwood are the dumbest people.I went there to get treatment for my surgically repaired back and my neck that has three bulging discs that I'm having surgery on in a few weeks. They did a ct scan and said my neck looked OK my MRI says different. And that very hospital said I had a herniated disc in my neck to begin with.I rate them -5 dumb ass people
7/18 We sat in Huntsville Hospital for 5 hours and still didn't get seen. Decided to go to American Family Care Clinic. They sent my husband to the ER by ambulance to Crestwood. My husband has not been sick but once that I know of in 28 years . So I knew something was wrong when he wanted to go to the Dr. They immediately found he had a kidney stone to large to pass. My husband just had a knee replaced 5/31/16. I have never been in a hospital with such loving and caring staff. The nurses on 3rd floor was wonderful. If he ask for something it was there.i wished I could remember their names..I have been in lots of hospitals Crestwood is the best, Dr. Troy Layton, and staff may God bless you all! Sandra Keel
MEDICAL STAFF - DRS, NURSES, TECHS, LAB FOLKS ON 4TH FLOOR ARE WONDERFUL!!! MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL 26 WEEKS OVER THE PAST YEAR AND I AM TRULY GRATEFUL FOR THE GREAT CARE GIVEN BY CRESTWOOD. THE EMERGENCY DEPT IS CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND ACTUALLY LISTENS TO THE PATIENT AND FAMILY.
I am scheduled to have left hip surgery soon at Crestwood Hospital. I was scared & apprehensive UNTIL I went to Crestwood Hospital this past Mon. for my Labs & Joint Class appts.!EVERYONE was helpful and very nice! I feel SO MUCH BETTER now thanks to Crestwood Hospital! God Bless Everyone there! ❤️
We really like Crestwood. Most of the staff are excellent but one was a little full of herself.
The entire staff from check in to check out were soooo sweet and helpful. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
