The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about any situation. The wait time is very short even when they are busy.
All of the staff was efficient, compassionate and friendly!

I have had procedures here and been admitted for a couple of day and everything was great but ER is totally not at all like having a procedure. It seems like the Er is always short handed. Tests are sporadic and the wait is bad. So its as different as night and day. Please get these people some help. They dont have time to be caring and helpful because they are too stressed.

My friend is in the ER with her daughter who is very ill. She is dehydrated and hasn't eaten in 3 days. She has Dysautonomia and needs to go to the ER frequently. The nurses and nurse practitioner in the ER did a flu test and told her it was negative and then sent her home. My friend asked to see the Nurse Supervisor. Now they did a Strep test and nothing else. My friends have been there since 3 this afternoon. It's now almost midnight! They still have not seen a doctor!!!! Emergency room was terrible. Got us in and hurried us out with no diagnosis
My husband had back surgery and had to spend two days at this hospital. From the ladies at the outpatient admitting, to the nurses and staff on the fourth floor, we received excellent treatment. Everyone was concerned and came frequently to ask if we need anything. I will definitely use this hospital again.
All the people there are very nice and on time. They took very good care of my wife and made sure she was not nervous about gallbladder surgery. Thanks again to all the Crestwood team.
