RecommendedI cannot say enough about this facility! The excellence in care is felt from the minute you are placed in their arms untill you go home . Nurses , Doctors and techs who really care , who take your needs seriously and take care of you with a caring heart . This place is a joke. I have been trying to get discharged for 2 days now and they won’t do it. They will let me leave if I accept responsibility for the bill is the only way. Don’t come here if you can avoid it.

This place is a joke I bet 100$ when my covid test come back it’ll be positive. They kept telling I should have went somewhere else and they wanted to keep covid out of there. Told me to go home with no medication of anything. The democrat nurse practitioner asked if I wanted to take the test like I might not have it all. This place is a sorry excuse of hospital. Ran by a bunch of 2.5 gpas. I wish my parents weren’t with me or I’d make them feel so less of a human like this did me. I can tell now why this place has a 1 star ... read more

Do not go here unless you get lucky you are up poop creek. I went in with high bp, chest pains, blurred visions, nausea, and a crippling pounding headache. I was diagnosed with a migraine. After the doctor left after his two minutes In the room the Crestwood nurse said he wasn’t very good and told me I actually had a blood pressure problem and to see my doctor ASAP. So I was correctly diagnosed at a walk in clinic and referred to a heart specialist. They confirmed my bp had caused a heart issue. It was turned in from Crestwo... read more

RecommendedThe OR staff is amazing! They made me feel relaxed and comfortable especially since I couldn’t have any family with me. Very professional! The staff at the Women’s Center was also great! Very attentive and on top of things! I had a great experience at Alliance Health!
RecommendedI drive 45 minutes away for the staff. Very nice! The parking is a pain and be prepared to wait AT LEAST an hour before going back.
I am very concerned about a family member with COVID 19 at Physicians Regional Medical Collier Boulevard location doing facetime over the phone with him, he can't breathe and he call the nurse pushing the emergency button and nobody shows up. We tried to talk to someone at Hospital but we keep on waiting and waiting
