My husband had to go to the ER last week and we were so pleased with the experience. Everything was clean, everyone wore masks and we felt very safe being there. He was immediately taken back to a room and the nurse, Judy, was a jewel. She reassured him that they would take care of his problem and that it was good that he came in when he did instead of waiting. Your inpatient rehab staff, with the exception of the Physical Therapists, are the worst I've ever encountered. I don't even know how they make it through evaluation periods. When patients get admitted for rehab and are in need of meds, your lackadaisical RNs act like you're bothering them. I stood right in front of the RN on duty while she spoke to the pharmacy and its now going in to day 2 and NOTHING. I can hard wait for the survey. Shameful.

I've set in the waiting room 2 hrs and and an elderly lady. they have let 4 that came in a hour behind us go through. if you are white you want been seen in a hurry.

I’m abt to deliver a 9-10lb child but I was basically told I’m not important, you know not that you can’t die from trying to deliver a child that big!
Took my husband in for day surgery. Because of CoVID, I couldn’t go in of course, which was fine. They were good about calling me when he went back to the ER and when he came out. Got a call from recovery saying that he’d be out in about 30 minutes. An hour later, I called requesting an update on him and got told a nurse would call me back soon with an update. 30 more minutes went by, and I called back. Was told the nurse “had things to do” and would call me back “real soon.” I literally sat in the 100 degree heat waiting al... read more

Worst hospital ever, although most staff were friendly, they killed my mother and had to fight to have them take her off life support!! 😢 If your family is important to you, do NOT TAKE them to this hospital. They do not even have an operating room!
