The staff here are so nice and witty always on point and on top of it. Im feeling better i wanted to leave a review bc i feel the staff there all the wY to the kitchen is wonderful and needs to know how great of a job they have done evrytime THE GREATEST
The doctors and staff are very good at explaining things in an easy-to-understand way. All of the nurses were excellent, but I do remember April on the second floor in particular as so very helpful with my mom. The facilities are very nice and they take cleanliness seriously, which is important in that setting. I'd feel very secure in knowing any of my family or myself was being treated there.
The ER is topnotch! Great system, great people, excellent care.
My wife had outpatient surgery, this is the second surgery there. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. She has instructions to take me to CrestWood Hospital for any medical procedures. Great Job CrestWood!
I had surgery on my neck (C 5-6) yesterday, and they have been absolutely wonderful to me for my entire visit. They were patient with me every time I had to add a new allergy I had forgotten about, and took it in stride. Was able to laugh and joke with staff in pre-op area, and the nurses who were assigned afterward to my room have taken great care of me. I'm not always a good patient, but they have been wonderful.
Went for a night and day sleep study...I was treated so good...the ladies that took care of me were so nice...best medical center I've ever been to.
I had to have my gall bladder removed. From my surgeon, to all the nursing staff I could not have been in better hands. This hospital really puts their patients first😁
Well I've always held high regards for Crestwood. And I always will, but this time they're slacking a little. What the ER was supposed to do yesterday morning like take samples for test and such in the ER ,finally got done after I had been in my room for about 5 hours. And I have had to ask for different thinks like tooth brush and such. Because they still haven't brought me the welcome pack with all that stuff in it. I'm getting it 1 piece at a time.
My 2yr old son had an adenoidectomy and myringotomy with tube placement by Dr. Hagood. Everyone was great!
