This applies to the imaging department and billing. I had an MRI in May, when I tried to pay my copay the computers were down so she said we’ll bill you. I completely forgot about it until I got a notice from a collection agency 4 months later, never got a call or a bill from Crestwood, they just turned it over to collections. It seems to me that if the system is down, you’d make notes about who came in that day as a reminder.

RecommendedI had a sleep study performed earlier this month and had a great experience. Granted, this is my place of employment but, I still feel I was given great care regardless of that fact. The Sleep Center staff are so nice and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. I will definitely return for a follow up study as needed!

RecommendedSouth Baldwin Medical Center is a team! The culture here is one where everyone jumps in to help no matter how big or small the task that needs to be done. Administration and Management does not walk around in suits afraid to get dirty. I have been impressed these last few days. Administration will do anything! My father went there and died in their icu. Less than two weeks and Covid 19 took him. My dad was a PA for 37 years and the top PA at the places he worked. He asked for hydroxychlorine and was refused. Instead they put him on nothing that could combat covid and he died in less than two weeks. He went in looking like Santa Claus and in the process of turning him over his entire left side of his face had bruising that let to his eye being extremely bruised. brother in law was brought in by ambulance for a moccasin bite. they gave him antibiotics, tetanus shot and basically he sat there til 6 the next morning. said he was not a "candidate" for the anti venom. which in reality they probably just don't have. sbrmc didn't even contact poison control, which i understand they are suppose to do, his nurse had not even checked on him to see that he couldn't walk.....ao many fails on this crap show of a hospital... he has now been admitted to a different hospital getting the anti venom,... read more
