The team at GMC of Beachwood did a fantastic job in helping us chose and close the deal on a 2018 GMC Terrain. From Alicia in the internet sales department to Igor my salesman and Kyle the sales manager, they all were very professional and not one time tried to pressure us into anything. The comment that was made was " we will not lose you on price". And the business finance office (I think Vicki was her name) did a great job in helping me close the deal with the right documentation. Yesterday I bought a 2016 Buick verano I had found on line. Alicia Burton promptly called back and was very helpful to me I ended up coming in to see my car I was helped by Sean Prude he was awesome and got me into my dream car even though I didn't have the greatest credit score everyone there is so helpful I will continue to do business with them!!!! I got a great deal on my car and I couldn't be happier!!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with a few associates at this location who were all very kind and knowledgeable, but in the end we worked with Basia. She was extremely professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner (I bugged her quite a bit lol). She truly went above and beyond to locate the best deal for my needs.
