This dealership should be ashamed of itself. My friend went in to get a new key programmed for a less than twenty minute process. Held there for Eight hours without the option to get a curtesy vehicle or to “leave” as in cannot even go because of Ownership issue of not leaving while a programming was occurring for a used Mercedes Benz. He missed an appointment in which both He and I would going to go too in North Olhsted, and he would have to have driver from Mentor Ohio, to the dealership.
