Just bought a car from them this week. The Staff was very friendly. The price of the vehicle is was priced appropriately. Had a rather good purchase experience. They wanted me to go thru their bank for financing, but I refused as I have my own. I did walk off from the purchase and was about to leave until the salesman said the dealership would accept my bank I was approved for. I am still waiting for the check to clear at this time. Over all they seem to be a good place to buy from.
Great service.....conveniently located. The dealership makes certain to get you in and out in a timely fashion.
I had a truly wonderful experience purchasing my used car here. A nice surprise considering it is such a big purchase and the customer service I received I can't even get at my local grocery store! The car I called on was ready and waiting for me to drive. The salesmen were honest and straightforward and that is the way I like it. I would really like to thank the team at Buick GMC of Beachwood. On a sidenote the general sales manager Geoff Sansavera was absolutely fantastic helping me with the process. I took my 2014 Enclave in for a tire rotation, cabin filter change and to have the rust bubbles on the hood inspected (it's only 2 years old). I left 4 HOURS later with 4 new tires, a line flush (that I didn't ask for but was charged for) and the filter changed. The rust bubbles were never checked out.
