In August of 2016, I was interested in a minivan, with 8 seats. This was a special order van so I was willing to drive 4 hours from home to get it. When I test drove it, it made some sounds that didn't seem right. They were addressed by me and told by a mechanic that one of the noises would go away. The salesman said the other noise was nothing. Left two messages for Justin Yelling who never called me back.Talked to a salesman who said he would call me back shortly.I have been waiting for his call back,shortly,for almost a month.Left a comment on Facebook and got a message asking if I needed help.I said yes get in contact with me.Never got that either. I have leased two vehicles from them,already.Other car agencies are hungry for business! I was there last night looking at a used car. The staff was insulting, talking behind my back about me but loud enough for me to hear. They quoted me an insulting amount for my trade. $2000 less than other dealers had in the last week. I drove out of my way to go to this place and left pissed off. Never again

Sold 2 cars out from under us last year. Manager would not even call at my request. Posted a review that they then took down. Yep - still not happy about it. Be careful folks!
Be careful of this place, they will put you in a predatory loan. They will give you the worst possible interest if you are not careful. They took advantage of my daughter, who just returned home from the military. She was not in the best position to get a car, so because she was young and inexperienced. They took advantage of her. They told because she had the car for two days and went 25 miles over, she could not return it. She clearly stated that she did not want the car. Took advantage of an active service member.
