My wife and I purchased a GMC Acadia from Beachwood in November of 2015. There has been absolutely zero support from this dealership since we drove off of the lot. First they over charged us on our taxes (DMV discovered this) took 2 months to even get a return phone call. Then we attempted to use our extended bumper to bumper warranty (not including consumable items), to find out that it does not cover interior items. The service was great. Very friendly and helpful and the salesman seem to love what he do and have answers for all my questions. I definitely recommend Sean Prude he was a great salesman and went above and beyond to help me purchase my car.
I purchased a Buick Encore from this dealership about a little over a month ago. There were small things that happened that I was willing to forgive however this one I can't let go.
