We purchased a car from this dealership on 9/1. It was a used 2011 Equinox. We were told that the vehicle had three items that we were specifically looking for. 1-AWD(which it does have) 2-Siruis radio(which we were supposed to have 90 days free) it got turned off after three days. 3-hands free calling(which it DID NOT HAVE)....Continue Reading

This company is basically a set of idiots at best and incompetent based upon our family members recent experience. Customer treatment not just service is none existent and the reviews are literally doctored they have an obligatory couple of bad reviews all others are removed to boost the average rating.

Great great great experience very helpful not over baring and they're not happy unless you are truly happy they go above and beyond standard to make sure u get everything thing you want and need
Never have acknowldeged that the car my wife has leased is a lemon. they keep fixing it to no avail. Nobody from dealership or Bernie Moreno collection group nor the sales person has even apologized for the problem. Besides that just today I found out we were supposed to have signed a paper about acknowledging the Ohio lemon law...we did not sign it or they did not get us to sign it or give us a copy of it.
Their service had been terrific. My biggest and only complaint is their website Never seems to work.
