Had a terrible experience there today ☹️. I found a car I wanted, and set up an appointment to see it at 7pm (I live an hour away). Got contacted by Jarrod who said he would have the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I was really excited about it, so I canceled other plans to leave early and make it there by 5:30. I texted Jarrod on the way there telling him I’d be there at 5:30 to test drive. He said “great I’ll have it waiting for you.” He texts me at 5:25 to tell me someone else is looking at the car. great service in a short period of time
The Service was exceptional. Sean prude was my car salesmen who had went above and beyond in getting me the model car and color that I wanted! I love my new ride. Staff was great including Victoria in Finance who gave out some very helpful advice. Great dealership to go to.
