Bad service I would not recommend anyone to this dealership you get half a service for full price then you have to stop and buy your own fluids to top it off.we were going to trade back in but after all the hustle we're going to a different dealer.crain doesn't even return your calls unless you're buying or trading vehicles it's been a horrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone.be aware they're scammers
Great was alot better then other Kia dealerships around I dont want to leave a detailed review every single time I visit the dealer ship. This is a pain and should only need to be done 1 time ever.
Prompt and accurate Received appointment quickly. Estimated time was precise. Friendly and helpful people. Andrew was very professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with coffee or water.
Slowest Service EVER!!! The first time I brought my vehicle in I was told it would be an hour to diagnose the problem. Almost 2 hours later it wasn't finished. I finally had to tell someone I had to leave and go to an appointment in 20 min. After that they decided they needed to order a part. Part was ordered and I never received a call that it was in. When I took it in for repair it took 2 days before it was ready after telling me it would be about an hour again! Neither times did the service dept wash or vacuum my vehicle!... read more
Great, thorough maintenance on my Kia Sorento I always have great customer service at Crain Kia. They always do a very thorough check of my vehicle and I feel confident trusting them with my vehicle. It does usually take about an hour when I wait. I have bought two vehicles from them and I will go back because of the great customer service.
Recalls Had appointment did four recalls on my KIA they took me home and came got me from house every recall take hour but car was so much better
Very friendly The people were very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions. Made us feel very comfortable about our decisions. I would recommend this place for anyone that was needing a good and dependable vehicle.
Oil Change Getting an oil change should not take 2 hours especially when there aren't many vehicles in the service department being worked on. On average it takes 2 hours to get in and out.
