Wonderful experience for a first time buyer Buying through Crain Kia of Conway was such an easy choice. Srevice Very neat and clean. Very friendly people here. I bought my car here and drive 2 hours one way to get the service done here. They're that good!
Waited 2.5 hours I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:30am. I arrive at 10:25am and the service, an oil change, took 2.5 hours. I watched 5 people who came in after me, check-in, got the service done, and received their cars back. I left Crain-Kia at 1:05pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Terrible buying experience! They didn't show me what I was paying for! I agreed and signed for 31,750, wasn't given any paperwork and when it came I n the mail it shows i'm actually paying over 37,000! I have contacted the dealership to straighten this out and I have been blown off! Stay away from all crain dealerships, especially kia in conway!
Everyone went out of their way to help me. They went above and beyond to help me get the Soul I was looking for. Excellent group in Sales and Finance depts. very easy experience.

Premium Service after the sale Fast in getting you in and out when servicing your car and letting you know if anything more than routine needs to be done and cost. Friendly, makes you feel you are valued. Great waiting area with computers, WiFi, television, coffee, bottled water and pastries and then they wash your car to boot. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars! The Crain Team's got me!!
Great service I had an oil leak, and the technicians worked to figure out the issue quickly and were able to fix the problem. Andrew was very helpful and the team worked hard to get the needed part overnighted to speed up the service time.
