Purchase 2016 Kia Optima I had a great experience at Crain Kia of Conway. They worked with my daught and I to ensure that she had the best graduation gift. I'm really happy with the purchase we made knowing that my daughter is driving in a car with alot of new saftey feautures. The car salesman John made it very possible.
Kia Sorento Justin was very helpful. Although we did not buy at this time, we are definitely planning on coming back when we get our move to Arkansas completed next month. Justin understood completely that we did not want to purchase in Arkansas, tax, title and register in another state and then have to do it again when we move here in a couple of months.

Above and Beyond Going to a dealership in the market for a used vehicle and leaving with your first BRAND NEW car is an amazing feeling. Victoria My overall experience was great . The sales team from sales man Justine to the finance man Drew and the money man Cameron was very polite. No high pressure. They worked very hard to get the deal done they worked really hard to make sure I got the best deal for me and it was as they had promised. I would highly recommend them. Saved by Crain Kia What is driving cross-country radio stopped working turned out it was a slight electrical problem with the fuse thank goddess we were in and out in 30 minutes and even washed the car way to go guys love your product and friendly service
