Awesome Went above and beyond to help us. Very courteous and professional. Really got a good deal. I would highly recommend this dealership Crain Kia in Conway . Our salesman Tuesday is the best .
Good folks - not too pushy! Went in with no plans to buy, but we found what we wanted. They let us try it over the weekend and make sure it was a good fit for the family and were not too pushy on the sale. Our salesman was awesome and helped find what we wanted and didn't try to sell what we were not interested in.
Terrific Service Even though they didn't have a loaner for me to go to the doctor while my car was in Service, they got me in and out as quickly as possible.
..... Bridgette and Jason did a fabulous job! The sales managers said the payment was as low as they could get. I agreed to the deal until I got to financing and realized they added a 3,000 dollar warranty. I was at first told that was the only way I could get the van. I said I would leave then and then all of a sudden they were able to take it off. I felt that was shady on the finance manager and sales managers part. Both of my sales people were professional and helpful though.
Great was alot better then other Kia dealerships around Awesome fast and detail oriented service. I have been to dealerships across the country and so far by far this one is the best. Awesome job
Great customer service I went in for a routine oil change and it was a delightful experience! Everyone was so friendly, the service was fast, and my car was clean when I got it back! Couldn't be happier! I cannot remember the gentleman's name that helped me, but he said he was new and he was amazing!
Horrible Customer Service I sat at the center for two hours during an oil change and had to ask someone about new tires that they were supposed to ask about my preference on. I asked questions about the two different models of tires and no one could give me an answer. I left with no new tires and almost 3 hours wasted on just an ordinary oil change/tire rotation. Worst customer service I've ever had from there.
Great Service I bought my vehicles mainly because of the service I get at each visit. So easy to work with - they know my time is valuable - and I appreciate that.
Awesome experience Excellent customer service and an awesome experience they definitely take care of their customers. I would definitely recommend sales and service to all my family and friends
