Oil change Oil change was done without any issues. .there is only so much you can say in regard to an oil change. The service area was neat and clean.
Servicing vehicle They are always professional. Always on time, Friendly and helpful. I dont use the dealer I bought my kia from because they were never on time and never delivered what they said and made you feel you were intruding on their time when you had an appointment. Kia of Conway is 5 star customer service in every way. I reaally appreciate their service.
Great Service I had excellent service at the Crain Kia in Conway! Jessy was very helpful and very sweet to me! I called at the last minute to make an appointment and she worked me right in.
bad experience A couple weeks ago bought a used Hyundai Tucson 2012 at that place. Right after the purchase just 30 min later went to the gas station to fill up my car with a gas and... OMG!!! its start leaking under the car!!! The mechanic said they sold me a car without the gasket on fuel tank!!!! Will never buy a car from them and dont recommend to any body!!!

Service The service rep was informative, kind and clear in what was to be done and what was needed to service my car. He assisted me in deciding what was necessary.
The employees don't listen to the needs of the customer I scheduled a service visit online specifically for an oil change AND tire rotation. I arrived the next morning for my appointment and once again told the person helping me I was there for an oil change AND tire rotation. After taking an hour an a half for my service the tech informed me that my vehicle was ready. When I went to pay for my oil change AND tire rotation the person helping me said "the tech didn't rotate your tires. This price was just for an oil change" I... read more
FAST, FRIENDLY SERVICE I always make the drive to Conway to get all of my vehicles needs. It is well worth it for me for the kind of service that I receive.
Very pleasing experience Everyone was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Bridgette and Kelci make me continue to come back and many more employees make it a pleasant trip to the dealership. I feel positive in bringing my car for repairs in the future.
Spectacular In my experience most dealers would develop a price quote and push you into a payment one can not afford. At Kia Conway the sales team beginning with Autumn go out of their way working to not only make a sale but to ensure the vehicle is within the customer's budget by not sacrificing the type of vehicle the customer is looking for.
