Great Experience Had a great car buying experience at Crain Kia of Conway. We were in and out in a very short time. No long waits to get all the paperwork filled out. Everyone, especially our salesman Scott, were very helpful and eager to please. We were so happy with the deal and service we got that we took my mom back the next day and she bought herself a new Kia Sportage too!!!

new car This was my time buying a car that did not take 8 hours. Saleman was very informed. He explain the car and even help me put in my phone numbers. Excellent services. They took the time to explain about the loan and any other question we had.

Best Experience! I had a great experience at Crain Kia of Conway. This was my first car purchase from an actual dealership. I was expecting pushy salesmen and an all day process. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice offering hot chocolate, coffee, and sodas. The facility was clean and well kept. The salesman Scott Padgett was very friendly and went with me on a test drive of a new Kia Soul. He was very knowledgeable on the car and all the bells and whistles that went with it. Great Service Over the years I have had occasion to use many dealer service departments and I can say without hesitation that Crain Kia in Conway has the best service department that I have ever used. The staff is the most professional, courteous and friendly group I have ever dealt with.

Best place for buying and service Jay was able to get my wife and I the exact Sportage that we were both looking for. This is actually the second Sportage that we have purchase from Crain Kia. I can't say enough about the crew at Crain Kia They treat me like family every single time I walk in the door at Crain Kia.
