New car buying experience What an all around great dealership! I had THE BEST experience in buying a new KIA. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. I would say that Dylan is a great salesman he was kind and patient and helped me make an excellent choice in a new vehicle. The finance department was also kind very thorough, making me feel informed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend CRAIN KIA of Conway.
Couldn't Ask For More! I went to the dealership to get my tire pressure sensor looked at, left with a 2020 Kia Soul. Bridgette took great care of me!
Very sweet Bridgette was the sweetest and she talked with us the whole time while we waited for our vehicle to be detailed. She was like family
Great experience I had a great experience. Mrs Bridgett was very helpful and also followed up with me after my purchase to check in and make sure everything is to my liking. She has great customer service skills and I will be recommending her to everyone who is looking for a vehicle. I didn't feel like just another number. I felt like she heard my needs and I felt valued and respected as a person.
Not what it used to be. Hard to recommend. Have had my oil changed here for 3 years. Just keeps getting more and more average or worse. First year 5 stars every time. The last year is just acceptable. They change the oil, all I can say. Get your car on time with your scheduled time. Used to get my car back washed and the service interval reset. Now they just change the oil. Will start getting the oil changed closer to home.
Lexie was a pleasure to work with!! This trip was great. I dropped it off and went back to class. Lexie was very friendly and understanding my hurt. She was there to great me at my return that evening.
oil change and rotation Andrew was fantastic. This was my 3rd time dealing with him. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with. You want to keep this guy on your payroll. There aren't many like him. He has perfect personality for this job. If anyone deserves a raise its him. He will keep customers coming to your dealership. I'm 75 years old and have worked with many servicemen over the years. He's the best. Fred Nahlen
