Excellent customer carr Flint (our salesperson) was very busy the day we bought our vehicle. He still took the time to check on us, made sure we were comfortable and even offered to get us something to eat. The finance department was kind and worked hard to get us what we wanted. You have made a repeat customer out of us. Thank you
Mandatory My automobile was serviced and repaired. The time frame of the work being completed was not ideal and the communication of when the job was completed was not great as I was in a time crunch.
Excellent Couldn't ask for better associate's and dealership. Everyone is exceptional in thier field of expertise. I would diffently recommend this dealership to family and friends, very very satisfied customer.
Friendly but pushy Met with a very happy personable checker in she made me feel comfortable. Explained what I needed and told and she asked about air filters I explained I only wanted the motor one but not the cabin one. While waiting she came in the lounge with the dirty filter and again asked. Again I had to tell her I didn't want one. I really didn't appreciate this and the embarrassment of being asked in front of everyone else waiting. I understand she wanted me to replace my filter but the second time was to much
Oil change OverallService was good . The staff was informative and helpful and friendly and keep me updated. There was water is available along with coffee and popcorn which made the wait for my vehicle better and comfortable
Great service Crain does a great job. The staff is friendly. I always refer friends to Crain Kia . Will keep coming back for new vehicle next year.
Oil Change Excellent and prompt service. Vehicle finished in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent. Checked to see if we needed anything several times such as coffee or water. Missed the doughnuts they used to serve.
oil change i came in for a oil change it was early and i did not get to eat. There was my favor snack. POPCORN. Great service.
