oil change Everyone is always so friendly! If someone notices you sitting for a while - they will go check on the status of your car. And, a big plus for me is that they wash and vacuum my car!
Oil Change Always professional and friendly. They treat every customer as if they are the most important customer there. They keep you informed about what is going on, and what your car needs.
30,000 mile check up I brought my car in for a 30,000 mile checkup. The service was very good. I was able to get a ride to my work and back to Crain Kia which was very nice. One thing bothered me however. While they vacuumed my car (driver's side), my car was not washed. When I bring the car in for a oil change (approximately 40+ dollars) I get it washed. When i paid over $600 for the check up. No wash. I was disappointed. Otherwise everything else was very good.

Service Made my appointment in advance and when I arrived was greeted promptly and was made sure that if I needed anything else that they were here to help
Best experience ever! Dylan was such a wonderful salesman! I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, and he fit everything in my budget and then some! If you're looking for a car I would highly recommend going to Crain Kia of Conway and ask for Dylan!!!
Exhausting Test drove the car I had seen online and it was advertised as nothing wrong. The car fax checked out clean. When I went to test drive the car I tested everything and it worked great, especially the A/C. That day I bought it and went to pick it up the following day. When I drove off the lot the A/C was not working at all. I took it back to them and they kept it for 2 whole weeks (during that time they tried having me pay for a part) before they finally shipped it off to volkswagon(the make of the car). They kept there promise great experience! They kept there promise about the trade in and the new Soul we bought and keep my payment the same as the other loan. I would recommend Crain Kia to all my friends.
Unsatisfactory Service The price online is not the price of the car, be prepared for the price to jump up several thousands of dollars. The manager quoted us a price on a more expensive car the first go around, then when he got the correct car the price was still much higher than online. He was unwilling to work with us on price, didn't understand our frustration, and did a poor job explaining everything.
