bad experience i originally had an appointment on Tuesday at 2. waited 1 1/2 hrs. said would be another 45 min. i couldn't wait any longer.
Prompt and accurate Upon arrival I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. While the work was being done I waited in a comfortable area with a cup of coffee.

The worst service I've had Crain Kia's employees are very unprofessional and no help when it comes to customers investments. Need new management. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I gave me the run around when I needed a service performed for a car I had purchased LESS than a month before. Finance manager RICH MOORE was extremely rude about the problem and gave me a hassle about getting me a rental to get to work while they repaired my vehicle , I will not be a customer anymore with them . luckily my warranty was still in effe... read more

Greatest experience Dylan hayford helped me so much with getting this vehicle and all of the people at crain Kia really worked with me to make my dream come true on getting my first vehicle and not only that but my dream vehicle is a Subaru outback. I am beyond grateful. Go see these guys. You won't regret it.
First Time to Wait I had to wait over an hour. I have always taken my car back to dealership for oil change and have never had to wait. I had an appointment but service was running over an hour late. I know things happen sometimes so I wasn't upset. I left and came back. When I first bought my car, the dealership had delicious cookies. This time I couldn't even find a bag of pretzels.
Came in for a oil change and came out with a new car I enjoyed getting to work with Bennie! He is great! He always asked me what I needed and took good care of me while I was there! I'm so happy with my new car!
Super friendly staff The workers are very friendly and I had a great experience getting my new car. They made the experience quick and easy, and I love my new car!
