No communication Waited in waiting room two hours, no one told me my car was ready. Went to get change for vending machine and was asked if I was there to pick up my car. I told them I didn't know it was ready. Was told paperwork wasn't ready but would be emailed to me. Still have not received it.
Crain Kia Service I have always been treated with courtesy here. They always give me a shuttle ride to nearby shopping while I wait for my oil changes. I have not had any problems with my Kia with exception of the AC hose that kept getting disconnected. That was permanently fixed on the second visit. On my last visit, it took 3 1/2 hours to do the routine oil change and tire rotation. Either that or someone forgot to call me when my vehicle was complete. Anyway, that was rare. New tires and oil change Service was better this time than the last time. Thank you for the improvement. I would have appreciated a quick clean out or vacuum of my vehicle seeing as I just purchased a brand new set of tires, alignment & an oil change. Or offered a free oil change for my loyalty. I've purchased 2 vehicles back to back from you all. I do however miss your former employee Courtney Mallett who always treated me exceptionally well and went above and beyond to meet my needs as well as Al Moats
Disappointed Our appointment was at 9:45 at 10:30 it was still sitting outside. We were there 2 hours for an oil change. It was not washed.
Outstanding customer service! I would not take my Kia Sportage anywhere else. The service department at crain Kia in conway is the best!. Friendly, honest, helpful guys (& gals). I have never been to a car dealership that shows so much compassion & dedication to their customers. Thank you !!
Friendly Updating me on the vehicle when I'm waiting. Having water and coffee and refreshment. Nice TV and dacor to help you relax. Open view of the service area to see your car being serviced.

Tire service There were things to be happy with and things not so much. Did not realize the time involved in patching a tire. Oh well. It's done.
