Everytime I come, it's always fast, convenient, &... Everytime I come, it's always fast, convenient, & informative. I never have had to wait longer than expected & without me asking they always wash my car & sometimes vacuum (depending on if they're really busy). They're website always has coupons.
efficient needed 7500 mile service. service man was efficient, pleasant , had on gloves(coronavirus). i waited in lobby about 90 minutes as he had predicted. some coffee would have been nice.

I would have given 5 stars but they didn't clean my dash... I would have given 5 stars but they didn't clean my dash part after installing a new windshield. It's dirty and still has debris from the install on it. The WI,shield was also a little dirty. Otherwise everyone was very nice. Windshield looks great!
Oil change and tire rotation Andrew greeted us with a smile, and how can we help you. The oil change and tire rotation were completed in a timely manner. I had bought the oil changes along with the van last May. I was surprised about the new oil kit that is recommended with every other oil change for $60.00. I had never heard of that. So I was not expecting to have to pay for anything on this visit.
Services and Rattle-check I took my car in for the 60k service and they took the time to go through each piece of it and let me know the cost up front. Additionally I gave them a vague description of a troubling rattle-sound that my car was occasionally making and they tracked it down and were able to handle that in addition to my 60k service (which wasn't small). They kept me up to date at all times on the cost and time my services would take.
It was easy and enjoyable! Josh, Aaron and Bryce took excellent care of us purchasing our new 2017 Acadia. I told Josh exactly what we wanted and he found it right away! They were all awesome to work with!
