Oil Change Used to love making the extra drive for service but not anymore. Third time they didn’t reset the next service, second time took car in late even though we had an appointment, and second time didn’t put in a new sticker. Also no longer friendly as previous staff.
fast talkers/slow with details was there for most of the day buying a used car. they were slow to answer questions and the salesman "coach" was nice but played the "I dunno role while having to run back and forth to the finance department. They were slow to discuss exact dollar figures and I had to constantly correct errors they presented me with and "I dunno" continued his role till the end. ?They did not discuss the final terms of the contract, told me the financing came with gap insurance and an extended warranty. Great work! Everyone was super polite and helpful. I had no complaints. I was in and out, and they even washed my car and vacuumed. All in all, it was a nice oil change experience.
Quick Service My car was in and out in no time at all. The guy at the counter was very friendly. The only problem I had was that I didn't receive the sticker about when to come back and I'm on the maintenance warranty so that piece of information is the most essential for me.
1st Time Visit I had an extended warranty and ended my coverage to join another extended warranty recommended by Kia service. I found during my visit that many 3rd party extended warranties do not cover very many parts or cover services like the dealership brands. I was upset about my previous warranty until I asked a few questions to their mechanics who called to check for service.
