Bad service oil change I was very disappointed this time! I have been coming here for years always called by name and greeted upon arrival! This time it was an all new staff and no greeted me, I had to walk into the service and tell them I was there for service! For a simple oil change I waited almost TWO HOURS with no update! I had to go inquire about my car and then I was told "oh yeah let me invoice cause your ready"! Routine Oil Change The first few times I came into Crain Kia to service my car I was very pleased. The technicians were courteous and they washed and vacuumed my car during routine visits for oil change. My most recent visit was not that way. I made an appointment online for an oil change and it still took 2 hours. They did wash the outside, but didn't vacuum it. The service was still good, but didn't have the value that I had seen in the past.
Routine maintanence I'm not sure if my tires were rotated cause they seem to be in the same place. I know because I scratched one of my rims and I noticed where it was placed the last rotation and its still there.
Service Department Review Good quick service. Professional employees and helpful with questions. Andrew Hernandez was a huge help answering questions about the safety system. Jared Meza worked quickly and efficiently. Very pleased with the service all around. We will be requesting Jared for all our future services.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Another great experience at Krain Kia. I dealt with a new employee (to me at least) at the check in desk and she was great. She kept me well informed as my car was being serviced.
Customer care was good dropped my KIA off before 8 for oil change and service as advertised. It as ready for pick up by 930. When I returned aft 5 pm the counter lady stayed late to get me checked out, Car was clean on the outside. Thank you Crain KIA
Relaxed and professional Good coffee. Friendly staff. Comfortable seating. Answered all questions. The new service team is knowledgeable and friendly. Complementary wash and vacuum is always appreciated. Good job Mr Crain
Quick and Friendly The staff were very friendly! I was a walk in and the service team was able to get me in, and do my oil change along with all my recalls within a couple hours. Glad to have a dealer I can trust with my Kia's needs.
Hope you have time! Service at this Dealership has gone downhill. Noone speaks to you like they used too. I had one salesman speak and say hello. That was it. I was here for just over 2.5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a recall I had no idea needed to be done. I have not received an email or anything by mail for this recall. So instead of may e an hour I was here for just over 2.5 hours.
