In 1909, Frank M. Covert, Sr., a real estate and insurance businessman opened the first automobile dealership in Central Texas. Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. Service employee never follow up, I had to text my self to find out nothing is done to my car and it was sitting for 10 days.
Really good experience, had a simple request that was going to take more than a day - the customer service rep secured a loaner for me and within 10 minutes I was headed out in a great loaner. The fix turned out to be less than a day after all... we picked our MKZ up the next day. Great experience.
My experience was what I expected But I though everybody was to busy and not as friendly as they have been in the past
Wendell and his brother Bryan were super friendly and very professional and made the experience fantastic. Also Kenny Covert came by and said thank you as well. Great organization and we will continue to buy our cars only from Covert organizations. Also Finance and Ins department was great and got out in 10 minutes from start to finish.
Great service and very dependable.
The process was slow - took days to schedule the initial appointment. Was told my repairs should be done same day - it took 4 days. Took 15+ minutes just to bring my truck around after checkout with very little traffic in the driveway and several service agents standing around chatting. Poor communication back to me.
Ask for Kristen Meredith! She will take great care of you with a great deal on your new car!
