In 1909, Frank M. Covert, Sr., a real estate and insurance businessman opened the first automobile dealership in Central Texas. Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. They have had my car for three weeks for warranty work and it’s STILL not done!
Oil change and inspection took 4 1/2 hours when was told should only take 2. Service tech should have kept in contact with customer and kept updated on progress or advised why taking longer.

Lots of promises where made when I bought a vehicle from them and none of them were kept. Highly disappointed when it comes to customer service.
They really listen to your needs and help you get the best deal possible. I’ve been through some hard times in my life financially but Brad, Scott and Jesse really stepped up to the plate to help me get a spectacular deal on an explorer. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work !
