In 1909, Frank M. Covert, Sr., a real estate and insurance businessman opened the first automobile dealership in Central Texas. Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. I had my yearly inspection and The Works, oil change with a tire rotation. Love the price so it was worth the wait which wasn't very long. I like going to Covert for maintenance on my Escape.

Brought my car in for a simple oil change , I showed up at 7am when they open. Was told it would be an hour and half. 3 hours later I am still waiting. This dealership does not care about their customers at all there service department is a joke. Terrible service when I told them how insane it is to wait 3 hours for a oil change they just shrugged me off. I will never bring my car or truck here again. They really worked with me to resolve my concerns. Mr. Peachy was perfect. He kept me informed and explained to me what I didn't understand. I have to admit, I am not easy to deal with especially when things just don't go well but he reassured me with prompt responses. I would only work with him going forward. I felt valued.

We recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX from Kristen and had a great experience. Finding the car was extremely quick and the purchase process was seamless. We discovered a few small problems and let Kristen know, and she immediately had us bring it in to have them fixed - we look forward to using Covert for service on our MKX and our next purchase in the future.
