My son bought a vehicle a few months ago. Now he has some questions and has called repeatedly and no one will return his call! Today they transferred him to who he wanted to speak with and they answered and then hung up when he told them who he was! Also he has not received his plates for the truck and the paper plates expired the 14th. When they are trying to sell you something they won’t leave you alone but as soon as you buy it they ignore you!! I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE!!!

The person that answers the phone is rude. I made 2 oil change appointments and both times told I would have to come back because they were to busy. Once you buy the vehicle it's like they have no need to talk to you or help

I tried to buy in San Antonio but they couldn't or should I say wouldn't come close to my bottom line.It was worth the drive to save 2500.00

Amazing customer service! Gene Webb went above and beyond. He had someone come to my house and pick up my truck for service and drop a rental off for me. :) They ended up getting everything completed in one day/record time too. I use to dread taking my truck into service because it was such an unpleasant experience. Now it's night and day difference in how the service department operates. Way to go guys for making happy customers!!
