Covert Ford Inc: Adequate service I had a not-so-great experience with Covert Ford Inc when I purchased my vehicle from them. (The salesperson promised us an incentive, then when we got there after driving over an hour, she said that she messed up; the incentive was for a different vehicle.) However, I have always received professional and courteous service from their service department, so that made up for my other experience.
Salesman are like Stalkers! We bought one of our last 3 cars through Covert and I have to say that the Salesmen are like mini-stalkers! We just wanted to look around to see if they had anything we might be interested in and at every corner they hounded us! We finally did see a vehicle we were interested in at a fair price but the aggrevation getting to that point was horrible! Once we had ONE salesman to work with we were fine and they did everything to help get it at a payment that was affordable. Whew!

Not Happy at all. No one answers the phones, I have been put on hold for 10 minutes, seriously, just trying to find out ANY information on my car which was dropped off this morning. No one seems to know anything and everyone is unwilling to help. Not planning on going back. Dont waste your time making an online service appt either, they dont matter, and that is if they can find you on the list when you show up. PROS: lose to home CONS: See above.
Great! Glenn was terrific in keeping in touch with while my car was in for warranty service. The customer experience has been great here at Covert Ford. It just goes to show why my Grandfather only did business with the Covert's. A true testament to keeping their customers happy. .
