Sales people were great. The service department is awful. It’s always a mess , they’re always backed up but a lot of times people are just standing around not doing much of anything. Try to use my advantage plan that came with the car. Was told this last time when I called to schedule an appointment no appointment was necessary. So I drive almost an hour to get there (moved since vehicle was purchased) get there by 830am oh sorry it’s a 4 hour wait! For an oil change. This is a shady place to buy a vehicle now days 😡 they pull bait and switch and try to get u through the door by all means. Then they try and sell u a different car cause the car u came to look at isn't even at the dealership. Bad business

This is the worst service dept in the Austin Area. Do yourself a favor and do not use Covert for anything.
Zero stars Garbage service. Called to find out about getting some repairs and were told they didn’t have an opening for a week so we made an appointment. That appointment was 2 weeks ago and still have not even looked at the car. Little to no communication from the service department. Only get updates when we call. Save yourself time and headache and go to Leif Johnson. Not far away and a world of difference in the level of service. RecommendedDealing with Wendell, Bryan, and Gabriel was a very positive experience. I appreciate that Wendell was still there after all these years (I purchased my previous truck 14 years ago at Covert from Wendell). The vehicle was ready when I got to the dealership, so the process was efficient. Options purchased in F&I were presented efficiently and professionally. I am definitely happy.

At the end of October, as my vehicle lease was approaching it’s end, I decided it would be smartest to purchase a nice, safe, pre-owned vehicle, and drive that for the next year or so until my son, now almost 15, is old enough to drive and take it as his first car.
