Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. Bought a nice truck, had some issues regarding to pass state inspection due to a “tuner” on the vehicle which they promoted in the add but had to remove before giving me the truck and after purchase. Then processed to cost me $100+ in toll bills with my trade in that should not have been in my name and with the txtag removed from the vehicle, proceeded to not take responsibility for the bills. Happy with the vehicle, but not happy with the terms that came after purchasing.
RecommendedBoth Salesman Josh Dawkins and delivery specialist Mike Mosely were excellent. Finding a shop that would put the 4 down tow package on was a great plus!!!!

Very disappointed In my experience here. I asked for a price on a truck I found online with TTL out the door, he shoots me the drive away price and I said I’ll take it. I talked with Bert (sales manager) and told him to send me the buyers order, he said sounds good my finance guy will get ahold of you to finish the deal. I didn’t hear back from them so I called, text, and left a voicemail and finally the “finance” guy calls the next day and says they won’t be able to honor the price that they gave me.
This place is a yikes. Service is terrible and a complete joke, as others have said. They will say whatever they can to get you out as quickly as possible, don’t give you the correct information, and are just overall very backed up (all the time). They just don’t care about your problems. A quick detour down to the Leif Johnson location will save you a headache and they’ll take care of everything in a quick professional manner.
