Service department has poor service. I buy a new car and they beg you to use their service department for oil changes. I called earlier in the week to make an appointment for an oil change inspection and was told not necessary. I arrived this morning before the doors opened. I was told an oil change / inspection would take at least 4 hours. Why would I do that when I can go down the street from my house and get it done in 20 minutes? fast oil change, good service
This is my second time taking my mustang into covert ford. The customer service has been great. The shuttle service to take you to home or work was excellent. They had great communication and overall it was a positive experience. Thank you!

Truck (F-150) was in for oil service. Decided to do transmission service as well. 165000 miles. Took 3 hours and was told 2. I can live with that. Found out that they have not changed the trans filter ever! They just flush fluid on a machine rather than drop the pan. Not sure what is considered filter life. I hate shortcuts when I’m paying $$$$ for a tech to do it right.
Friendly office service w finance, finance manager and sales at point of sale. Just before driving off site, we brought to the sales agent some minor scratches we wanted buffed out. He told us to bring it back during the week when the shop was open. The following week, when trying to coordinate bringing it back and getting floormats(which were not in the vehicle— noticed at home) and scratches biffed out, we got a lot of hassled for leaving the lot w these issues. A lot of back-and-forth ensued.
Friendly service But bought 2019 MKZ Reserve II and they are unable to correct "Network Connection Needed" on Sync 3.
