Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. Terrible experience , I brought myCar ford Mach E in for services and 2 recalls , after I show up they tell me it will be 3-4 days and they have no loaners and need to put me on a list for a loaner . I call a Lyft to go home because I live in Temple texas about an hour away from the dealership. I purchased a new vehicle on October 11th. It is now November 13th and it still is not right. I've even emailed Kenny's assistant, with no response whatsoever. It's been three days since I emailed her and my salesperson about the continued poor experience, and nobody has even responded to apologize. I'm not just disappointed, I'm literally sad about the experience. It feels awful to give someone that much money and for them to completely ignore you.

I’ve been trying to work a deal out with this place since last Monday. Let me start off by saying their customer service sucks! Terrible... I have to keep calling for updates they would NEVER call me. They keep saying their finance manger is working on it. A whole day went by and still no response. They keep lingering me on.
