First time taking car there for repairs. Have had it over a week now and this is the first day they are even working on it. The estimate we were originally quoted was $1000 less than what they are charging us now and saying we have to pay because they already did the work. Bad communication telling us about what all was wrong with the car and when it would be done. Even called in a second opinion about the list of things they said was wrong and almost all were not necessary. Horrible horrible. Will not be returning.
they've kept both of my old Fords running well since 2000
Awesome customer service and sales experience.
Wow! Bought a used 2014 F 150 from Monty over in pre-owned a week or two back. He made it so easy! No haggling. Treated us right and most importantly, he followed through on all the promises he made to us regarding the delivery of the vehicle. Would strongly recommend! Thanks again for the great truck and the great service Monty!
I had my Explorer at Car Max for an extended warranty issue. They could not figure out the issue. They took it to Covert. They said the reason it was pulling when it shifted was because of the motor mounts and transmission mounts. They returned the car to Car Max saying it was fixed. I left and returned right away because it was still doing the same. Turns out it was the lower ball joints. Had to pay Car Max my $250 deductible. Car Max had to pay them $250 and it wasn't even fixed by them. Never had luck at the dealer.
I had a major setback with our family Ford Edge that we'd brought out here from Ca. We took it in for a recall repair, but things ended up worse than they'd started in the service dept & it was going to take some major setbacks to get everything repaired. I wasn't expecting such amazing treatment from the GM Kenny, Mark & German who were so accommodating and helpful throughout the whole painful process. They got us set up in a 2016 Explorer for a very reasonable price and made the financing process meet our family budget. I ... read more
