Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. Given the situation that we were in with our original 2018 Ford Expedition and getting a Refund from Ford Motor Co. to purchase a replacement Expedition, our sales rep, Kristen Meredith could not have been more helpful or understanding. The same can be said of the Service Dept. who had to wait 2 months for Ford to find a solution to fix the original vehicle. Also, the folks in the Loaner department were helpful and understanding of our situation.
Sales person Todd was awesome and Jesse the finance person was amazing. Worth driving over 300 miles just to buy a car !

I will NEVER be going back. First time I dropped my car off for oil change and inspection. Paid for it picked it up. Turns out nothing was done. Second time dropped off another NEW car because my tires kept saying low tire pressure. Had to take it back 3 times before problem was ever fixed. This week dropped off my car because the ac went out. Came to pick it up today and my car is still blowing hot air. Why can’t things be fixed right the first time???
