In 1909, Frank M. Covert, Sr., a real estate and insurance businessman opened the first automobile dealership in Central Texas. Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. I have been dealing with for just over 20 years and just bought my 4th vehicle ( 3rd truck ). Since Covert didn't have what I wanted on their website, I called Randy Davis and he was able to find what I wanted. Service Dept has been great but I do miss John Nay.

I’ve been to this place twice. Both experiences were poor. Sales guys don’t stand up when greeting customers. Recently I went in looking for a window shade. The didn’t have the one I needed. I asked if they could order me one and the guys says “I guess”. I asked would it be easier if I ordered it. He said, “if I order it, it will take 2 weeks”. Wow really? When I posted my dissatisfaction on Facebook all my friends told me to go to Maxwell. lol.
After working with several dealerships for MONTHS trying to locate the truck we wanted, a friend referred us to Covert. Best call I have ever made. Will located our vehicle and had it on it's way within ONE HOUR. Within the week, it was delivered to my front door. I highly recommend Covert Ford.
The service department is very dependable and takes care of my trucks service professionally and timely .
Paul is Great!!! I had my vehicle towed in because it didn’t wanna stay running. It was violently shacking and didn’t have any power. 3.5 EcoBoost After they got it in they did a quick look at it and thought it was an injector but after checking everything out they called and asked to open the motor cause that was the next step.
