Covert Ford has the worst customer service. Took my mustang in for emergency brake repair. After 2 full days, the service department hadn’t even touched it. The car just sat there. They couldn’t even tell me when they would be able to get to the car. I picked up the mustang and took it somewhere else where it was diagnosed and fixed in one day. My advice to Covert Ford: Do your job and do it on time.
Last two times I've taken my 2016 Ford FX4 King Ranch in for the Works. In and out in a little over an hour. Thanks to Donnie - my service advisor.
CHECK FUEL FILL INLET and CHECK ENGINE icon was not what I wanted to see just before my truck was due for inspection. Scotty Villareal was my service representative and took care of my 2010 F150. The work was performed quickly and I was able to drive away once again as a happy customer. Thanks Covert!
I received the first rate service that I have experienced since buying my ESCAPE 5 years ago. Paul Dickensheets told me my car would be ready in 11/2 hours. It was ready before then and all was ok. i was very pleased at the cost. I have never had my car serviced anywhere else and will continue in the future. Thank you .
Kristen Meredith had just the right demeanor and was informative. She answered all our questions and stayed with us to the end. We did not plan on buying, but she made a deal worth taking now rather than later.
