Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. Took 10 days to have my car given an oil change and a new AC compressor. Second time in less than a year I’ve been without my car for 5+days due to their bad service center. Same issue that I thought was fixed after last year is back again. It’s insane. I’ll never be going back. Oh and they lost internet and access to their parts and work order system yesterday. Poor in every facet.
Brought my 2010 Mustang in for airbag recall and Austin in the service department was great. Kept me updated on when the parts came in. As far as the tech that did the work and bent the aluminum panel on the dash board is another story.
Had no problems when I took my 2016 Fusion for oil change, filter and tires rotated. Every one was very nice and got me in and out very quickly. Five stars...... Thank you Covert Ford Lincoln.......
Scotty is an amazing service advisor and always makes me feel like I'm being taken care of and that gives me peace of mind. I don't feel like I need to worry about anything.
Great experience throughout entire process. Jeff Fink went above and beyond for us and got everything taken care of before we made the 2 hour trip. The finance department worked quickly and we drove away in our dream truck in less than 2 hours. We highly recommend Covert!
