Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. After being involved in a serious car accident, I was dreading the entire process of having to purchase another vehicle. From the moment I walked through the door, Jason made the entire process so easy (except for the amount of amazing choices I had to choose from) and never once rushed me. He was patient, helpful, honest and after countless test drives, he eventually got me into the perfect car for me! I'm so thankful for this experience and I recommend Jason Whited and Covert Ford to everyone!
The staff there takes excellent care of you and your vehicle. The car had state inspection plus a complete check over. The wait was a little over 1&1/2 hours in a pleasant room with coffee and water. I would highly recommend them to friends.
Went to Covert Ford to buy a new car. The were great and found just what I needed. Randy was great. Everyone was really friendly and very helpful. Walked away really satisfied. Recommend Covert Ford if you're in need of a vehicle.
I've been waiting for over a month to get my rebate check from covert. First they said that they didn't know they had my money, then I was told it was in the mail two weeks ago. I called yesterday, and Chris the sales manager said they didn't mail it and was going to mail the check, and that I should get it in the mail today. Well, it's 1830, and I still don't have my money. Had an 2011 Ford Edge transmission box noise in reverse mode metal clank 30% chance to reproduce. The service manager are with me said it's characteristic of it, Ford can do nothing with it either make it better or replace the whole transmission box. Since last time they already replaced several sensors, plates. This time No error code, they can't do anything unless the car stopped on the road.... What a ridiculous response? Covert Ford...
