We have been working with covort ford for about a week now to buy a car. Not only was it difficult to get a hold of anyone (the sales staff and manager) /there but the respose back time was extremely poor. One particular sales man got us to the point of checking insurance to find that a car had been sold. False advertising: they WILL NOT match any price... And the sales person was in such a rush because he was basically helping 2 customers at the same time is unbelievable
We had been looking for several months and really wanting to find a truck to meet our needs to pull our new boat during the boating season. I think the thing I loved the most about buying our new truck from Cathy Townsend was that it was quick. For me personally I always remembered spending hours inside a dealership making it all happen. So, we are ready for boating season and have a beautiful dully truck (wish I could post a picture here) to pull our boat across state lines so we can play this summer!
We bought two cars from Brad Townsend. Usually purchasing one car is grueling, so we expected the experience of purchasing two cars to be even worse. However, Brad was so wonderful to work with that it was a great experience. He is a knowledgeable salesman, that's really in tune with what the customers want. He isn't pushy, and he was phenomenal to work with. We had out kids with us and they just fell in love with Brad. In the last 15 years I've bought all my trucks at Covert Ford. Recently I bought an Edge. Brad Townsend was the salesman and he was great to work with. He spent a lot of time working with me. I did not feel pressured either. He had a lot of explaining to do to help me know all the features and how to use them! I don't regret my purchase at all. I love my car and will go back to Covert when I'm ready for something new!
We bought our 2015 Ford Fusion about a year ago, it was a great experience. We traveled to the dealer at least 4 times just to test drive cars. The last time we decided what we wanted. It was so late in the day we didn't get to grab the car that night but they gave us a lender ,but they quickly delivered it that next morning. We love the car, and have gone back a time or two just to test drive more cars for our next. Love the service, knowledge and experience we get every time! Thank you!
