RecommendedAmazing customer service! Gene Webb went above and beyond. He had someone come to my house and pick up my truck for service and drop a rental off for me. :) They ended up getting everything completed in one day/record time too. I use to dread taking my truck into service because it was such an unpleasant experience. Now it's night and day difference in how the service department operates. Way to go guys for making happy customers!!
Bought a nice truck, had some issues regarding to pass state inspection due to a “tuner” on the vehicle which they promoted in the add but had to remove before giving me the truck and after purchase. Then processed to cost me $100+ in toll bills with my trade in that should not have been in my name and with the txtag removed from the vehicle, proceeded to not take responsibility for the bills. Happy with the vehicle, but not happy with the terms that came after purchasing.
I purchased a vehicle about a month and a half ago and never felt more played. I was sold a vehicle that had a blownout break caliper, miss bolts from the bell housing and started. Its currently getting fixed (NOT BY THEM) and when I went in to see if the car even had a inspection I never even got an answer. I talked to service and the gentlemen got defensive pretty much telling me not his problem, he then walked me to the sales manager and he wasnt much help to.
