In 1909, Frank M. Covert, Sr., a real estate and insurance businessman opened the first automobile dealership in Central Texas. Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. PART OF BUYING A VEHICLE WITH A WARRANTY IS THE EXPECTATION THAT YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF WHEN YOUR CAR HAS A PROBLEM...IF YOU EXPECT THAT FROM COVERT FORD GUESS AGAIN. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 5 DAYS BEFORE THEY COULD LOOK AT MY CAR SO I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT 5 DAYS FROM NOW...THEY ONLY TAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR ADVISEMENT NOT TO ACTUALLY REPAIR YOUR PROBLEM.
