Been here for my SelectShift issues on my car at least 6 times in the last two years. Every time I take it in takes 6 days on average before I'm back in my car to have he same problem come up within 100 miles of the last service. CONSISTENTLY out of loaners and won't offer discounts or reimbursements for rentals while I'm without a vehicle that's only 3 years old. Poor service communication and equally bad customer service. I spoke with MIster Gene Webb (service manager) on phone and in person to help me with paying for the faulty transmission on my Ford Focus( which is still not fully paid) He loved using the word, "UNFORTUNATE" on me and did nothing to split the bill in half between me and the company. And the car has only 62,000 miles on it. Extremely disappointed that they could do nothing or let's say, they wanted to do nothing! Infact this created more hardships for me.
Must be nice to be in the car business! Just tried to drop off my ford truck in for service issue and was told that i needed to leave it! Cool? NO uncool, they wont have time to look at it until next tuesday, NEXT TUESDAY REALLY! Im sorry its wednesday. Much less work on it..
Scotty in the service department is so knowledgable, efficient and friendly whenever we need our MKX serviced or repaired. He takes time to explain everything and always follows up.
