Three years later, his son, Clarence Covert, Sr., joined him to form the Austin Buick Sales Company, which became the foundation for Covert Buick, Inc., the oldest Buick dealership in Texas today. 100 per hour waiting for a state inspection for a check engine code that was for vehicle communication that couldn’t be removed by anyone except a dealer. $80 to drive around to reset the check engine system. Never will get another Ford.
RecommendedPurchased a used F150 today! It was a great experience and I’m very happy with the truck I ended up with. Lee Stiles went above and beyond to help me get into exactly what I wanted. Good customer service and follow up
Buyer beware: You will be treated like you don't matter. Your just a number. They will lie to you. They do not want to spend time to sell you something unless you are on site. Note to Covert: Don't lie to customers. Have salesman actually do what they promise. Don't run credit and cause a "hit" on credit if you have no desire to sell to customer.
The service guy knew what was wrong with my vehicle by hearing the problems it was having. Very knowledgeable! Service done very quickly!
Great experiences every time we go! My husband and I have been customers for just over 20 years and purchased/leased multiple vehicles here. The sales people are fantastic and the service dept is always friendly and gets things taken care of!
