I have had my Jeep Renegade for 2 years, and everytime I have gone in for service it was subpar. I went in today at noon expecting for a simple oil change to take 2 hours. To my surprise, Jacob Davidson, my service advisor, was informative and professional. He answered all of my questions, and I was out of there within a hour. Kudos to the service department!
Here to buy a brand new Jeep and stood out in the parking lot for 10-15 minutes. Two different employees walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge. I can only imagine how terrible their service is after you buy the vehicle. There’s tons of Jeeps in the valley and I will be buying from someone else now.
I hate this service department. They could care less if you car is fixed or not! Bring the car in with service lights on and drive out with the same darn light on and they say oh it will turn off by itself. Well if that is the cause while don’t you say that before you charge me $$$. Service manager does not return calls quality control guy will stick with the service department. Had a tire change to a new tire and no one could tell me what tire is new? They looked like the same tire I drive in on
I’ve been using Amber McFarland for my vehicle needs for 7 years now. She is amazing always on top of things and takes care of me in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location for your Chrysler needs ���.
